Accounts found hosting such content may be terminated immediately without warning or refund.

Torrenting is strictly prohibited. Any account caught torrenting will be terminated immediately, with no refund or compensation.

4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Abuse of bandwidth (e.g., continuous heavy downloading or uploading) may lead to account restrictions.

5. Reselling

You are not allowed to resell or redistribute our hosting services without prior written permission. Unauthorized reselling may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We don't monitor what you do unless there's a violation of our terms. However, we may review your usage if flagged for suspicious or illegal activity.

7. Service Performance

Speeds may vary depending on your network strength and location. While we strive to offer a stable service, occasional downtime or maintenance may occur.

8. Disputes

If you have an issue with our service, contact us first to resolve it. By using our service, you agree that any disputes will be handled amicably or through arbitration.

9. Acceptance of Terms
